We wtorek, 19 czerwca pałac Buckingham wydał oficjalne oświadczenie o narodzinach małej Grace. Dziewczynka przyszła na świat w poniedziałek w Stroud, niedaleko Gloucester. Grace jest druga córką Zary i Mike’a i jest siódmą prawnuczką królowej, a osiemnastą osobą w linii do tronu. Para ma jeszcze 4-letnią córkę Mię.
Zara Tindel uczestniczyła w Igrzyskach Olimpijskich w Londynie w 2012 roku w jeździectwie, jest ona córką księżniczki Anny, a jej panieńskie nazwisko to Phillips. W 2011 roku Zara wyszła za mąż za byłego reprezentanta Anglii w rugby Mike’a Tindall.

Zara is not a working royal and thus does not have a royal title, although she can be seen at events with the royal family. She is an award-winning equestrian - she has a silver Olympic medal and won the BBC Sports Personality of the Year Award - and she also supports charities focused on spinal injuries, children, and equestrian elements. Mr Michael James “Mike” Tindall is the son of Mr Phillip Tindall, a rugby player turned banker, and Mrs Linda Tindall, a social worker. Mike was a professional rugby player, playing for teams such as Bath and Gloucester, as well as the national team. Mike became the Captain of the England Rugby Team and was also part of the team who won the 2003 Rugby World Cup. He is a controversial figure, who has a criminal record for drink-driving and faced disciplinary actions while on the England squad. Mike regularly supports sporting charities. Miss Mia Grace Tindall is the eldest child of Mr and Mrs Michael Tindall. Little is known about Mia, although it is likely she has a love of horses like her mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
